Create Invoice

To create a new invoice, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Invoices Section: Go to the "Invoices" page in your dashboard. It's under the "Sales" Section.
  2. Click on "New Invoice": Locate and click the "New Invoice" button.
  3. Choose Customer Details: Select or add the customer to whom the invoice will be sent.
  4. Add Items or Services: List the products or services being billed, along with their quantity, price, and any applicable taxes.
  5. Set Invoice Terms: Specify the invoice date, due date, and payment terms.
  6. Add Additional Details: Optionally, include notes, terms, or discount
  7. Preview the Invoice: Review the invoice for accuracy before sending.
  8. Save or Send: Save the invoice as a draft or send it directly to the customer via email.
