Make a Purchase

To make a purchase from a vendor, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the "Purchases" Section 
  2. Click on "New Purchase" to open the new purchase page.
  3. Select the Vendor: Choose the vendor from whom you are making the purchase. If the vendor is not listed, you can add them.
  4. Add Purchase Details: Enter the items or services you are purchasing, including quantity, unit price, and any applicable taxes.
  5. Set Purchase Terms: Specify the PO Number, purchase date, delivery date, and payment terms.
  6. Review and Save: Double-check all details and save the purchase record.
  7. Make the Payment: Complete the payment process using the agreed method (bank transfer, online payment, etc.) and update the status in the system.
