To transfer funds between accounts, follow these steps:
Navigate to the "Accounting" Section: Go to the "Transactions" section in your dashboard.
Click on "Transfer Money": Select the option to create a new transfer.
Choose Source Account: Select the account from which the funds will be transferred.
Choose Destination Account: Select the account to which the funds will be transferred.
Enter Transfer Details:
- Amount: Specify the exact amount to transfer.
- Date: Record the date of the transfer.
- Description (Optional): Add notes or a reason for the transfer.
Review and Confirm: Double-check all details to ensure accuracy, then confirm the transfer.
Save the Transfer Record: Once the transfer is complete, save the transaction to keep your records updated.
This process helps maintain accurate financial records and ensures proper tracking of inter-account transfers.
