Transfer Funds Between Accounts

To transfer funds between accounts, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the "Accounting" Section: Go to the "Transactions" section in your dashboard.

  2. Click on "Transfer Money": Select the option to create a new transfer.

  3. Choose Source Account: Select the account from which the funds will be transferred.

  4. Choose Destination Account: Select the account to which the funds will be transferred.

  5. Enter Transfer Details:

    • Amount: Specify the exact amount to transfer.
    • Date: Record the date of the transfer.
    • Description (Optional): Add notes or a reason for the transfer.
  6. Review and Confirm: Double-check all details to ensure accuracy, then confirm the transfer.

  7. Save the Transfer Record: Once the transfer is complete, save the transaction to keep your records updated.

This process helps maintain accurate financial records and ensures proper tracking of inter-account transfers.
